water billing ACEA ato2 These days are coming to the citizens of the area of \u200b\u200bbills related to water consumption of the 1 st half of 2010 - why are obliged to remember that the Constitutional Court, by decision No. 335/2008 of 08/10/2008 - published on 10/10/2008, declared unconstitutional the laws requiring the obligation of service users to pay water fees in the absence of sewage water treatment service and has determined that the fees in question must be paid by the users of water services only in consideration of the actual existence of the sewage service.
Therefore, the fee for sewage treatment, which is paid at the same time the aqueduct and sewer fees, is not due for users who are not connected to sewage treatment plants.
Consequently all those who have paid such fees, may request the return of sums paid but not due.
